A more limited workweek is all about the future of worker efficiency and the balance between serious and fun activities. Is it that simple to improve work?

Four-day workweek, the advantages seemed to be several.

As the pandemic has brought about an exceptional change in the world of work, there has been significant conversation surrounding the long four-day workweek.

While a typical working day is cut from the schedule, responsibility for the most part continues as before.

Ford Motor

In 1926, the Ford Motor Company normalized the Monday-Friday design; before time, the normal practice was a six-day workweek, with only Sundays off.

However, acceptance of the long four-day workweek has remained sluggish: in March 2020, during the onset of COVID-19 in the U.S., Gallup asked 10,364 full-time employees the number of days they typically work.
